What am I missing?

Maturation
When healing you or an ally, grant them Minor Toughness which increases Max Health for 10% for 10 seconds.

*Casts Living Trellis*
(the vines heal the target for xx health each time they take damage and an additional xx health when they expire)

So because the vines are doing the healing and not the Warden, you don't get the buff? Because I don't.

Not getting it for Corrupting Pollen or Healing Thicket either. Buff isn't showing and health doesn't go up either.

Living Trellis (and another morph of Vines) heals the target when the target is getting damage only/ and the target gets Minor Toughness everytime when you/target getting damage.
And (it's for Living Trellis morph) when Trellis is expired you/target get Minor Toughness as well. And Lieching Vines morph place Lifesteal on the enemy and when you/target attack the enemy, you/target also get Minor Toughness everytime.
Corrupting Pollen gives Minor Toughness as intended as well, when the target gets healing after 6 secs (don't forget that it heals you/allies only after 6 secs). Another morph can heal instantly if you double-cast the spell, and you/target will get Minor Tougness when you cast it second time.
Healing Thricket gives Minor Toughness too.

All that was tested with Srendarr addon, it shows all buffs/debuffs.

Also, don't forget that overheal is not heal. Skiils ignore overheal (when you allready have 100% HP), and they work only for actual heal when you/target actually getting healed.

You do get the buff from vines or even using a resto staff heal, but you have to actually heal yourself to get the buff. If you are at 100% health then you are not healing yourself so you do not get the buff. I slot vines on my back bar which has less health so when I switch back to my main bar I always have some health left to recover so it always help keeps the buff up.

Thanks for clarifying folks. I see now that you can't get the buff when at 100% health. Solved.
