Fix in-game chat

In-game chat is broken. This report and many others have been ignored in the bug report section.

Everyone in every guild I'm in has the same problem and it is driving players away to other games. This is a social game and the primary form of social interaction is dysfunctional. How is this not a bigger development priority than new camels?

Chat channels constantly disappear on Xbox. When you hit join the channel just goes away. Happens every day at least once without fail. It's an inconvenience because it's just one more instance added to the list of things that force you to re-log to fix.

They're not acknowledging it anywhere else so here is as good a place as any.

Thanks for your concern, but this is a major bug that undermines a core social function in the game, so I'll use all available channels to bring it to the developer's attention.
