The following was in the 3.3.0 patch notes:
Specifically, for Celestial and Dro-m'Athra, they currently have a fixed non-RNG drop rate: a guaranteed chapter from weekly trial coffers. How are their drop rates being reduced, since their rarity right now is gated by the once-per-week coffer mechanism and not by chance.
Are their drop chances from coffers no longer guaranteed?
Or is their drop model being changed completely?
(Personally, I think that the model for the SotH and HotR motifs is better and should be used for trial motifs: Take the motifs out of the coffers, make them drop from the final boss of the trial, with a low chance on normal, higher chance on vet, and guaranteed on vet HM; this rewards players for completing more difficult content while discouraging the run-your-alts-through-normal-every-week farming model that punishes players who don't like to play alts.)
