If you can't transfer the character over, I don't mind starting a new character as long as I get redeemed the 20,000 crowns I spent, and access to the Grim Harleyquin and the HollowJack armorsets that I had purchased that are available only once a year.
"I haven't played ESO for a year, the only reason I subscribed again was to play with these friends, I will unsubscribe now and unload the game. Its not worth the 15 dollars a month if I can't play with my friends. As soon is this is fixed I will resubscribe. I spent a lot of money on this game (easily over $200) with no regrets and would have enjoyed to spend more. This is money out of your pocket. Email me when or if this gets fixed and I will be happy to jump back on."

Note this is a real conversation. I hadn't played ESO for a year until I met some friends. I found out that nothing is transfered over servers. Nothing. Its like starting from scratch and you lost everything you paid for. I protected myself and the support person by changing our names but everything has been copied and pasted. Feels like Zenimax just gave me a big "go F*&% yourself". Type agree if you think items purchased like Armor sets, should be accessed by all your characters and throughout both servers!

I met some good friends recently and found out they play ESO but unfortunatly they are playing in the EU servers and I have a character that I spent lots of time (at least a month) and money(150 dollars at least) on in the NA server. Please transfer my character over to the EU servers. So I can play with my friends. If you can't then you need to fix this!!!

Greetings!
Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. My name is [name], and it's my pleasure to assist you today.
As an avid gamer myself, I know how irritating and stressful these kinds of problems can be.
I'm sorry to say this, we are unable to transfer crowns across servers or accounts. Crown, crown store items, and items in the game, as well as characters, are unable to be transferred. I know this is a very frustrating conclusion, and I wish I had the power to transfer things over for you! We appreciate your patience and cooperation regarding this matter.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I would be more than happy to assist you further. For now, we will go ahead and set this ticket to solved - but don't let that alarm you! A simple reply to this email can immediately reopen your ticket so we may resume our conversation.
Thank you for your continued interest and support!

Hey [name], if you understood my frustration then this should be something that should have been fixed a long time ago considering the game has been out for over 3 years now. I know as a person who is in the support department it is out of your power but if you could relay this message to the developers :

SWTOR. for all the game's issues, not only accountwide purchases are genuinely accountwide, but you CNA in fact transfer characters between US and EU.
that said, its the only MMO that I personaly know of. WoW doesn't even have the same client between US and EU, you have to buy the game over, to play on EU realms

Wordl Of Warcraft have this option, even support can make it, no actualy an automatical system does that, and support only interact with this option when some transfer glich happens, but less then 5 minutes you will have your character transfered to EU realm. And trust me ZOs could already have this improvment ages ago if they weren't so Lazy to even care about transfers, wich will be ofc chraging the player who want to make transfer. It simply takes 3 mouse clicking from the coustumers site, and from ZOS site would take 2 clicking, if they have the system and they have faced some system glitches.
So thats a clear bullsheet what the support mentioned.
The technology is way improved in these days in mmorgps where you can transfer toons from EU to US and vica versa. even WOW have thatand that game and their support staff is 15 years old now
So ZOs should give us a break and stop Lieing into our face with those nonsense techincal sheet what you can came up with an excuse about you cant transfer characters from other realms :DD god thats soulds ridiculus, and so cheap
ZOs have the technical background knwoledge and the source to do that, they just Dosent gives a sheet about it. wich is a shame.
