I found out about massive botting roughly 15 months ago. Fun fact, thery are still in game. The question is, why?

You might heard about BOT Scanner 2000? Addon who gives you the names of Bots running around, just by scanning their movement. It suppose to help with reports, but what Zenimax does with reports? Same Bots still running around intact. There were modder, just the modder who was capable of making addon to track bots, but Zenimax can't do that? I agree, just tracking is not certain. What should be done? CAPTCHA code. Account suspected by botting? Give them 1 minute or less to write the code. No respond? Perma Ban. Potential Bot user would have to buy the game again = profit. So far I think that this could work, but if that can have potential counters, I would love to hear them too.
