Provisioning leveling new toons

Anybody else decided to make a new character, only to find they use their main character to supply all the provisions?
I've never actually had a level ~30 toon, make a level ~30 recipe.
Levelling provisioning for new toons is just spamming the craft button on food creation until 50.
I think the game would greatly benefit from having all sub CP recipes account bound, and possibly all green recipes including CP, except for quest or event recipes. To counter any over abundance on the guild stores, just don't have them drop again after they have been found and read.
