Clockwork City - cannot find all crafting stations inside city building

Lets say I go to Transmutate something in Clockwork City. Outside of this building the banners show Enchanting, Alchemy, and Clothing among other crafts. When I am standing at the Transmutation station if I walk to my left there is a woodworking and blacksmith station, that is all I can find in this room. If I walk to my right there is a merchant and a grocer in another room, nothing else. I cannot find any other crafting station in this area. I can find no other door leading to other rooms. I can only go back outside the way I came in. I cannot find another entrance into this building. Where are the other crafting stations such as Enchanting, Clothing and Alchemy to be found?

There's an elevator in each room right as you walk in.

Yeah - I didn't know about the elevators, either, at first. There's a handle - hover over it for the use message.
