Well zos will decide if he's guilty or not. Even if he is he will probably get away with it considering they let shey have his account bank. But you shouldn't contribute to real world trading, there are far more friendlier more honourable trading guilds you can join in craglorn/mournhold.

That is good of you and I don't believe you're concretely guilty but I am highly suspicious. If you did, you'd obviously give the list of all your accounts and exclude the gold selling ones. That isn't a concrete way of checking but that's on zos

Yes, the situation might seem a bit shady.
And yes, you have the full right to report him for that.
But after that, it's up to ZOS to decide if he's in the wrong.

This is turning into an ugly witch hunt, and is clearly showing why we have this TOS in the first place.

That said, we do want to let everyone know that we’ve seen your reports. When our TOS team investigates reports like these and finds sufficient evidence, you can expect to see the suspected account to be suspended or banned from ESO. Suffice to say, if you don't see any action taken, we have found no validity to the claims of a violation.

In the future, if you want to report a player for suspicious activity, please do so in-game utilizing the Report a Player function.
