Outfit system

Just have a question about the new system coming next patch. From what i understand the system is based off of motifs known not armor you have. By that i mean i cant take the look of an exsisting armor i like and apply it over top of what i am currently wearing? I can only use a motif to apply the look i want? Is that corrrect?

Precisely; they are adding more styles, such as the Prisoner's Rags style and the Worm Cult Style later on. If you want a style not yet available, like the monster set styles, you'll have to still wait for it.
