Emasculate

Set off-Balance is applying to players with cc immunity, and players are not being stunned when hit with a heavy attack or power lash when set off-balance.

all in all it's almost exactly what I wanted from a system like this, however the lack of a "none" option to render certain Armour pieces non visible is a minor letdown as is the inability to put a sword skin on a staff..cuz a magic shooting sword would be awesome

however I do have one concern, will motifs that are already known be available within the outfit system upon launch or not?
and if not, why not?
