poison injection procing selens

I don't know if anybody else have run into this error but recently my poison injection started procing my selenes sometimes...doesn't matter if I'm bussy with solo questing or pvp every now and again I see the bear coming up behind my character even if I'm 20m away from my target after using poison injection....I don't think this is intended since selens can only be proced by melee damage from what I know of.....
