Mouse wheel losing focus

Didn't have this problem with the game before maintenance, don't have this issue on my desktop, when in game mouse wheel will cease to function until I alt tab out and use it on desktop then alt tab back to game, soon after that it loses focus again (it becomes inoperable).

VexingArcanist✭✭✭✭Decided to punt and reboot the system, fixed. So evidently the update bugged something up with the local client since I was playing the game fine with no issue a few hours previous and nothing else changed during that period.0
