If I remember correctly they just said there would be 1 chapter (and 2 DLCs and 1 free update) per year, not necessarily that they would come out at the same time or in the same order.
Still think Morrowind was announced when it was because marketing had already committed to a Super Bowl ad.
If Bethesda isn't doing a Bowl ad this year, the announcement will probably be pushed back. Also note that while at this time last year we were already discussing the Vvardenfell's land mass, we don't have much mined information to go on now. So we may be looking at a later Q2 release date as well.
Maybe they will mention dlc plans for the year in eso live when previewing dragon bones. I for one am a little disappointed they are pushing dungeon dlc first. Since we just got HOTR. Hopefully they will still do 3 zones as promised

Yes, subs do get all the "DLC" for free (just not the "chapters").
Yes?
Murkmire isnt entirely swampland. There are jungle forests and rolling hills. Its possibly more beautiful than Summerset with how naturally vibrant it is.
Are the devs announcing their plans anywhere?
Don't hear a lot about anything...
