Magicka Aid passive not giving 10%

Im on PS4 NA. In trying to increase my magicka recovery on my magplar i slotted barrier as an ultimate. Magicka aid say its gives 10% additional recovery for each support ability slotted. Well when i slotted it i looked at my recovery and it only increased by 6.5% shorting me by 86 recovery. Is there some kind of conversion I'm not aware of? or is it just not calculating correctly? i had 2379 mag recovery before slotting barrier and after i have 2532 an increase of only 153. It should be increasing by 239. Had another magplar try the same thing and it only increase by 6.8%. Anybody else able to verify? maybe on another platform as well...

The calculations are using the base number, so the 10% is of the base number. So it's gonna be smaller than 10% of your tooltip

Ok awesome thanks for the answer. I had a suspicion it was multiplicative. I wish it was additive but at least i know now. Thanks again!
