Hey. I stopped playing before they added chat box, or maybe around Dark Brotherhood (I remember being able to sneak attack npc). I use to have the game then sold it. It's now $15 on PSN or there's Morrowind edition for $25 but idk if that comes with base game or it's just a code.
Did they improve the game and content a lot even for base users who aren't ESO plus members?
Also, if I buy ESO on account B, can Account A also use the game?

✭Running dungeons has become more and more of a chore.
The festivals and events are just grinding the same content for trivial rewards.
They did make overworld bosses tougher but thats not really game changing1
