Do the Thieves Guild heists only give 3 motifs?

I completed my 11th heist today and got the same motifs I've gotten every time: Chest, legs, or swords.

Where do the other motifs drop?

You have bad rng, it drop all types sell the spares and buy the missing if needed.
Chest and legs are most expensive anyway so you are lucky
