Werewolf form consumes weapon enchant charges

In werewolf form weapon enchantments don't proc, however the weapon enchantment charges are still being consumed, test with 100% charge using only light attacks in werewolf form, didn't take long to drop from 100%
made in game /bug report but support just repeatedly answered with irrelevant replies, repair games, links to werewolf guides etc
