[PS4][NA] Active festival quest being set to different quest when using wayshrine

This is a very minor bug compared to some but it's been annoying me all through the festival and so I decided to report it in case the information is useful for future festivals.
When I'm doing the New Life quests, I'll have the one I'm running set as active quest. Quest markers are white, and the text at the top right of the screen shows the correct quest. More often than not (but not every time) when I go through a wayshrine to the current quest objective, the active quest is reset to something in my quest log that I haven't even worked on or had active in a month or more. Most of the old quests in my log were from Cyrodiil or Imperial City and since I am not planning on going back anytime soon I started deleting them through the journal when they started replacing the New Life quests. For instance, it would always set itself to one of the Bruma quests even though it wasn't active before I started running the festival quests. It would always go to that particular quest until I deleted it, then it would set itself to a different quest in that zone and always set itself to *that* quest until I deleted it, then it would move to another one.. I finally deleted all the Cyrodiil/IC quests and it started resetting itself to one of the Undaunted pledges in my quest log.
I thought it might be because I'd rush to the wayshrine and go through it while the quest was still giving me notifications ("go to Skywatch," etc.) but I made myself slow down and wait until all the center-screen quest notices stopped and had disappeared but that didn't fix the issue.
Festival's almost over and it doesn't really matter much except from an annoyance point of view but I thought I might as well report it anyway. So here is my report.

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0
