I'm not sure when this happened, but I believe it was since Clockwork City, not that it matters.
The Shrine of Azura at Laeloria in Grahtwood and the Shrine of Herma-mora in Ilmyris in Greenshade both force the camera to look at the speaking statue/daedra from the back right(their left), rotated at least 110 degrees counter-clockwise from the top down. They used to face them head on like how you walk up to the shrines and so you could see hermaeus-mora's eyes blinking at you, but now it looks very far wrong.
I'm not sure how many others are affected but this is annoying.
Also, all other conversations have trouble with any sort of scenery elements, such as a cup on a desk in front of them or a jail cell door, in between the npc and player, even if the visual elements are far out of the line of sight, are pushing the camera forward towards the npc to get on the other side of some invisible edge of the scenery item.
This is very very annoying, ruining a lot of conversations such as those with Razum-dar early in the Aldmeri Dominion story. An easy fix for this would be to have the camera ignore collision during those conversations since the angle is already controlled by where the player walks up to the NPC from, or another scripted angle, that prevents scenery from being an issue anyway.
