Master Restoration Staff Bug
Bug: It restores stamina to allies near the caster instead of those hit by initial heal of Grand Healing. I.e, you can't restore stamina to allies far away from you.
Its a game breaking bug honestly, pls fix asap. A lot of builds rely on this staff set bonus to work properly.

IRDeja✭Just got the staff and tested it myself on Xbox and yeah, it only restores stamina to players near the caster.
It’s about the width of a healing spring circle for distance for those trying to work around it.
