which is the voltaic overload, with all the attacks going on I wish to be sure which one, is it the little lightning balls on the ground? or the big AoE when Rel jumps? or the ones you have to Interrupt rel to stop?

The Volt current is just people switching to the right bar.

does this mean you don't pick up the ice and have to get Gal to jump to the ice location?
or
when carrying the hoarfrost Gal has to do his spike attack so it "destroys" it on the player?

Voltaic Overload is the thing that turns your screen purple and you need to avoid that bar for 10 seconds. If someone stays on purple bar it deals damage to all group. Achievement says kill the boss without anyone being hit by it. Raid Notifier addon gives you a brief countdown before having Voltaic Overload on you, i heavily suggest using it but also good to know that it's a group achievement, not individual.

The other one is pretty bugged tho. Spiked Ice Attack is boss' jump, so you need to make the boss jump to hoarfrost cyclone. But we tried this tens of times without making a count. In the other hand my achievement tells me i did it 8 times already, tho i got no idea when. Wasn't working when we tried.

We did the achievement the first time during the Summerset update and it worked flawlessly as expected.

We tried it a second time during the Wolfhunter update and it was bugged like you described. I assume that patch broke it somehow.

That should be the case, as i somehow did it 8 times (prolly first times) but can't do it anymore.

volt currant is the blue screen but volt overlaod need to not hit anyone too

I still dunno where u got confused The damage from purple screen (basically overloading one of your bars) is called Voltaic Overload, and it hits everyone in group not only the player effected. Now if anyone in group ever fails to avoid this, achievement fails.
