I am sure this has been asked before but

why are crowns more expensive on the xbox than the ps4 and why can you only buy memberships one month at a time on the xbox?

really annoying

Xbox is the only platform that does not allow you to get the longer membership plans for a reduced overall price. It has been mentioned before on there how unfair this is for those of us on Xbox and ZoS has not responded. I hope they will to this one. We are getting screwed over on this yet again as Xbox usually is when it comes to this game.

If it is a directive by Microsoft than someone form ZoS should have no problem coming into this thread and letting us know that Microsoft is the one keeping these longer plans from being implemented at the very least. And a reason for this would be nice but not expected.

Yeah it would be nice to get some clarification, I can't see it happening though :/

ZoS have more pressing issues on Xbox than the price of crowns and the duration of any membership. Like, getting their *** together to fix the sub crown issue out once and for all.

Takes a very special company to *** on people who are willing to buy into an optional premium service, then rub further salt into the wound by exposing them to their truly awful customer service team.

If they've finally sorted this issue out, then I'll happily retract all the above.

They've already shown that they don't care that Xbox ESO+ subs typically get their crowns 33-37 days after being charged the $15.

Not being able to sign-up for multiple months at once is costing us money and is a pressing issue to me. The longer memberships cost less money over the 6 months. To me, it feels just as important as us getting our crowns late as both make me feel as if I am being screwed for subscribing to their premium level tier.

I initially began on the Xbox, but left as I didn't get crowns for 5 of my 6 months that I subbed. ZoS were beyond useless, but eventually got a full refund from MS as they were ultimately the retailer. I left MS and ZoS to argue it out. I was so pissed off that i stopped playing the game for a good year and a bit. When I returned, I did so on the PS4 as I was never going to give them another penny on the Xbox platform.

I relogged on to my old xbox account a few months ago just to give all my mats and gold away and noticed ZoS had obviously compensated me with a ton of crown. Used them on the storm crates just for lol's as I was never going to use the account on Xbox again.
