Cyrodiil Holiday Bash

I was thinking we could have a little mini event over the holiday season on Vivec NA PC, setting aside the typical routines on the server and have some fun with a player made change of rules of engagement.

Time frame wise I was thinking from 24th 12 AM EDT - 26th 11:59 PM EDT

What I am proposing is:

Allowing DC to control Drakelowe & Vlastrus Uncontested

Allowing EP to control Brindle & Bruma uncontested

Allowing AD to control Dragonclaw & Cropsford uncontested

Everything else Fair game, including the resources around each uncontested keep.

This should provide for some interesting fights over the holidays, but would require a tremendous amount of PvP community support to make happen.

Feel free to share your thoughts and we can work it out in game if all alliances show enough support.

@Ganza-ESO in game if you would like to contact me.

Why would EP want Brindle when we could have Drake?

    What the hell?

How do you envision this would-
    a) provide any more "interesting fights" then what usually occurs? By restricting the PvP?
    b) even be "enforceable"?

Just, why? There is nothing stopping you form getting a group of 5 (or less!) and PvDooring a random ass back line objective to draw the agro of that alliance and get good fights.

This is the part of it that I found particularly troubling.

Given the PvP crowd, it would be impossible to enforce something like this.

Seems questionable, but I've done dumber things than that in Cyrodiil, so why not.

I would rather coordinate a scroll exchange. It would be tough to pull off, (like the wolf, chicken, grain riddle) but really fun.

    a) It would provide each alliance a way to get from one end of the map to the other without long travel times keeping the fights moving, rather than sitting at the Allessia Bridge or Nikel Gate. It allows each alliance an opportunity to attack each enemy quickly.

b)Player support, especially from PvP guilds

    1) I am curious why this is viewed as restrictive?

    2) Traveling long distance to reach enemy back keeps is the least fun part of Cyrodiil

Why would EP want Brindle when we could have Drake?

Why do EP even bother to cross the map to take Brindle? Dracarys knows :)

Seriously though, EP likes Brindle because it allows them to continually attack the backfield of AD uncontested most of the time because AD is hanging at Allessia Bridge or Nikel Gate. You can do the same thing from Brindle and uncontested you could do it all day long.
