Not sure the load screens are completely fixed :(

I'm currently on PS4 on the NA server. I know ESO just recently fixed the loading screen problems for Cyrodil, but were the same things happening in other areas like Greenshade, Shadowfen, and Reapers March? I've been having the same issues, within the last week, with most if not all of the other areas. I started out in Reapers March, trying to complete all of my quests there, and the infinite load screens started. Whether I was entering a delve or traveling by wayshrine, I eventually would have to close the application and restart. Thinking maybe it was just that area, I traveled to others like The Rift and Grahtwood, same issue. I'm about to go home and check at lunch but, I didn't know if these were still happening. Maybe there's something I could do?
