Can we make ults scale with highest crit stats now too?

They already scale with your higher max damage stat. I'd like my crit damage CPs and Major Prophecy/Savagery to work for ults of different damage types as well.

Use case: Incap on mageblade in PvP doesn't scale with Elfborn. Not sure if ults scale with highest crit chance or not.
