Fiords Stam Sorc?

Im currently in the process of leveling an Orc Stam sorc to run Fiords and 2h/bow and I already have all my Fiords gear but tbh I don't know what else to run. I was thinking 1 Domiahus or 1 Kena then idk whether to run medium shackle or if I should run Seventh Legion or Fury or I don't really know. I feel like if I pick heavy I'll lack in damage and feel as if I pick Shackle then I won't have enough damage. If i run automatons in afraid I won't have any sustain. Any advice is appreciated!
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magsorc PvP (outdated)
Lvl 50 EP Wood Elf Nightblade (Currently my crafter)
Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magplar PvP (outdated healbot)
Lvl 50 EP Redguard Stam DK PvE (updating)
Lvl 50 EP Dark Elf Mag DK PvP

All my builds are outdated...I quit for a year lmao

    PvE: automaton, hunding rage, agility, velidreth, stormfist, kraghs, vicious ophidian & 2-fanged snake.
    PvP: 7th legion, agility, Viper, fury, Troll King, Selena

    now only the best optimal set ups if u wanna be really effective without creating your build.

    1st do u want to be medium or heavy
    2nd do u want to run 2 piece undaunted set? if so id say blood spawn for cp and engine guardian for no cp
    3. 5 fiords back bar maybe and 5 7th front bar with 2 undaunted could work
