Guild bank and guild store selections are missing.

I deposited dues into the guild bank with no problems. It was confirmed by an officer and I was promoted to sell. When I went back in to the bank screen to stock my trading slots, the guild bank & guild store choices were missing from the screen, and still are. (3 days)
I did reloadui, a hard reset, and I reinstalled the game this morning. Nothing is working.
I’ve sent 2 tickets in, and they want me to verify my rank with the guild masters for all 3 guilds. Done
I’ve also attached a picture of the bank screen to show that the prompts are missing.
I have not received any responses back beyond “check with your guildmaster”. My rank is not the problem, the banking screen is.
Any help would be appreciated.
I also keep getting stuck in the mail sending screen, and have to desktop to get out, with no mail sent.

Yesterday I saw in guild chat 3 people with exactly the same issue. they disabled all their addons, quit and restarted the game, all without any effect on their ability to interact with the guild bank and store - or any guild traders for that matter. You aren't the only one with this issue.
Did you try a repair game? I haven't been on yet today to find out if that worked for the folks I mentioned, but my son also had the same issue and was able to restore functionality by doing a repair game.I want a raven avatar, please.

Eliza Godhater✭✭✭Thanks for the link, that sounds just like what happened to me.
They fixed it, and I was able to “resume normal gameplay” as they said.
Very frustrating bug though.
