DC from game when entering a BG

Okay, I understand that sometimes you diconnect (DC), however, when you DC from a BG as you are entering you get a deserter penalty. This is absolute GARBAGE. So you're telling me that something out of my control gives me a 20 minute penalty from entering another BG simply because the servers are bad? No no no. This needs fixed ASAP. If you get dropped from a BG anyway besides leaving on purpose via the BG scoreboard menu, you should absolutely NOT get a a deserter penalty. This needs passed up the chain to someone to take care of.
