Wayshrine glitch

Well, today when i traveled to belkarth in craglorn with a wayshrine, i arrived at seeker's archive wayshrine, you could say that i misclicked, but that wayshrine was undiscovered on my character....
it wasent any big problem, i could just travel to belkarth from there and i guess i got it discovered now, what worries me is if this is something new that will increase in potency, it could become real cancerous having to double travel or even more everytime you use wayshrines, have anyone else encountered this before?

    It's a testing phase before it is introduced to Cyrodiil. RNG wayshrine porting :lol:
