100% fix for frequent disconnects after PS4 server Load Screen Hotfix

So I frequently was getting disconnected on almost every log in back to the load in screen. Until this morning... My login, character save file got corrupted (per the game messaging) and said I should overwrite the file). The first time I clicked no, logged in, played no issues, logged out, got the same message. This time I clicked save so I wouldn't have to go through the whole Morrowind intro, and since have enjoyed better graphics, loading, and no boots to log in screen.
My guess is the pipeline information is somewhat affected in the character save but if you didn't get it save properly in the update it makes your log in not line up properly. I think you can delete it and not the game by clearing save game data. Maybe you could do the same thing by logging into a different server group (NA>EUR) and then back to yours (not sure about that).
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Could you relay that updating the login file, at least on PS4 console, might be a source of some of the update issues and should be regularly be flushed with all or certain types of updates? This accidental clear of the data literally fixed the game for me.
