Emote Lag

Was rumored to exist in PVP. A player would use a emote and cause momentary stutter to enemies in area. Not really sure if this is real and have not gone over any of the last couple nights play footage that i record. But there was one particular group that caused a lot of lag when engaged. Anyone else hear about this rumor or can confirm the stutter lag in pvp? This is not a meteor lag issue were all pretty clear on that.
