Would you like a Guild trade bank for Armor and weapon sets?

giinoz2011rwb17_ESO
A New bank with 1000 slots for Armor, Weapons, Jewellery.
If you don't want to sell or decon items but rather allow them to be used or tried by other guild members.

Any guild member can place an item or item set (NO MATS.) into the trade bank another guild member may take an item out for a cost of 200g per item or a value set by GM or officers, with other abilities or functions below.

The gold goes into the guild bank for use by the guild for trader etc.

Edit 12/12/2017
Does your guild offer raffles or Auctions for equipment Armour, Weapons, jewellery?
This concept was considered but not gone into detail. My bad for not going further into detail. So I'll go further into the concept.

Any that do this this concept should have the ability to select for Auction items, sets, Raffle, Give aways to members wanting to up their crafting abilities selectable for whatever the guild
GM or officers need at the time or by requests from members for Weapons, armour, jewellery (As jewellery crafting may never come we have to rely on random drops or in some areas buy
jewellery.)

Giving the GM and officers time to do other things should they so desire.
I do not know of any GM in any guild either ones I'm in or ones I have been lucky to chat with in game that do not work tirelessly for their guilds and members.
So to assist them so they can use their valuable time for more things I thought would be of benefit to all and would be welcome to the officers and GM's.

As some GM's and Officers have little time to play the game devoting huge amounts of in game time to the running of their guilds.

I for one and a lot of other guild members whatever your guild is appreciate their massive efforts to make their guilds great for us all to enjoy.
I doubt I could ever come close to showing how much they are all valued ingame, for their support, assistance, advice, and running their guilds

I was thinking of the GM's and officers to make their running the guild a little less time consuming and having items in one area searchable by lvl set, magic, stam, health, etc
including a stat comparison between 4 items. With the comparison area even if a guild does not have the item it could have a different colour or duller and have every item set
in game so you could then know what you want to add to your toons builds roll or enquire if anyone has the item or knows where to find it.

I will attempt to close or delete this poll on or around Jan 10th if the no vote is more than the yes ones.

*********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
Also not necessarily with this concept an armour or weapons board that members can list items they would like crafted by a crafter in the guild if they can not make it themselves.
As the member types their order in the game suggests the item if it's craftable or a dropped set , have drop down menus for style, trait etc.

The crafter makes all the items then has the ability to craft or place all the items into a coffer or container to send to the guild member requesting the set.
Having options for the member making the request to either supply mats or if the crafter has to supply them and either a set price or an offer/counter offer for crafting and for mats used or supplied.
The guild crafter selects the job once price is agreed to so other crafters will not double or triple etc up on the same job.
*********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

End edit 12/12/2017

EDIT 11/12/2017 or US format 12/11/2017.
The poll should be for PC ONLY as it appears the XBOX from a post has a guild bank with 500+ slots thus ZOS if this is true WHY?
If you do not understand this poll please refer it to your GM or guild Officers.

Thank you all for voting and comments.
Your comments are greatly appreciated and show why some are not getting the basis for the concept.
I hope my replies shed light further on the concept of the Trade Bank.

NO I do not want a Guild Trade Bank.
The Reason for it is because if you are already part of a guild and your current rank in that guild permits you access to withdrawing and depositing items in the guild bank, it has at least 500+ space to put items in and out and seeing as how we already have a system like that, we do not need a guild trade bank with a 1000 slots for armor, weaponry and jewellery because what you are implying is something that already exists in my honest opinion.

Tips for how you can be an ESO Community Hero (Written and last edited by ZOS_GinaBruno at precisely 8:56PM, March 30th 2014.)
Below are a few recommendations and tips to help you become one of the very best community members — a veritable hero — on The Elder Scrolls Online official community forums. These recommendations and tips also reflect the ESO core community philosophies.
    • Agree to Disagree: We have a very diverse community of individuals and groups who have a variety of interests, opinions, and backgrounds. Just like in every-day life, you will not agree with all the opinions you encounter here, and that’s okay. It’s perfectly acceptable to disagree, but please do not put other people down for their opinions, ideas, or suggestions. In most discussions, there is no right or wrong, just different angles, opinions, and interests.
    • Be Civil and Respectful: Being civil and respectful goes a long way, especially when involved in a heated debate. It is possible to be civil and respectful, even when you strongly disagree with someone. Please remember that everyone on these forums is a real person, like you, who is also here because they love The Elder Scrolls Online and want to talk about it.
    • Enjoy Yourself: Have fun, start interesting discussions, and participate in the community activities and discussions that excite you! You, our fans, set the tone and culture of this community. We’re here to listen, help, and foster that growing culture. We want you do enjoy being here as much as we enjoy having you!
    • Ignore Baiting: Sometimes, another community member will attempt to bait you into a response. Usually, this is to elicit some sort of negative or emotional reaction. Please try your best to recognize when this is happening, and ignore it. You may also report it to the ESO Team if the post or thread is violating our Code of Conduct.
    • Post in the Appropriate Area: Please do your best to post threads in the correct area of the forums. We will move any threads that are posted in the incorrect area, and leave an expiring redirect attached to them. We understand that everyone wants their thread to be seen and gets replies — posting them in the proper section is the best way to make sure that happens.
    • Report Violations: If you notice that another community member is violating our Code of Conduct, please report the post and leave it at that. Do not reply, try to correct their behavior yourself, or tell them that you reported them. We understand that our community members are generally just trying to be helpful when they do these things, but they only serve to exacerbate the issue more often than not.
    • Share Constructive Criticism: We want to hear your thoughts and feedback on The Elder Scrolls Online, negative and positive alike. Please consider how you are posting criticism. If you want to share suggestions or constructive criticism about The Elder Scrolls Online, please tell us about it. It is possible to be negative, respectful, and constructive at the same time. When submitting feedback, consider whether or not what you’re posting will be something the Dev Team can use to turn into real change — constructive negative feedback can be a powerful tool to help us improve the game. Remember, we really do want your feedback!
    • Use the Search Function: Please help us keep discussions as consolidated as possible by using the search function before you create a thread. This will help you to identify if there is already an ongoing discussion about the topic you’re interested in talking about.
    • Welcome New Community Members: Please remember that we were all new in the official The Elder Scrolls Online community at one time. Help us foster a welcoming and safe community by being helpful, kind, and considerate to those who are new to our community.
    • When in Doubt, Ask: If you’re unsure whether or not something is acceptable post or thread material for the official The Elder Scrolls Online community, please feel free to ask a moderator or member of the ESO Team. Simply send us a message — we’re here to help!

Eso Forum Community Rules. (Adhere to it at all times.)
Below is a brief explanation of the community rules and expectations for specific topics and situations. If you have any questions about the Community Code of Conduct, please email The Elder Scrolls Online Team at [email protected]
Abusive Language and Disruptive Behavior: Zenimax do not tolerate abusive language or disruptive behavior on our forums. This goes for abusive and disruptive comments and behavior that are directed at a ZeniMax Online employee and ESO community members alike. Please remember to be respectful and constructive at all times on the forums, and help Zenimax maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
    • Advertising: We do not allow advertising on our forums. This includes, but is not limited to advertisements and promotions for the following:
      • Outside businesses and services.
      • Other games.
      • Any venture that results in monetary profit.
We do not consider the promotion of guilds, fan sites, and fan groups, or the activities and content thereof, to be advertising. Please feel free to let The Elder Scrolls Online community know all about your guild, fan site, or fan group! Simply keep in mind that you may not promote your guild, fan site, or fan group if you are looking to turn a monetary profit by doing so.
      • Bashing and Slanderous Comments: We do not permit the bashing of individuals (including ZeniMax employees), groups, or other companies on our forums. We believe that doing so is neither constructive nor in spirit of our game and community.
      • Conspiracy Theories and Misinformation: We do not tolerate the deliberate and malicious spreading of false info or conspiracy theories about ZeniMax Online Studios, its game(s), or its employees. This does not include honest mistakes; rather, this rule pertains to those who go out of their way to spread harmful or malicious rumors about ZeniMax Online Studios and its employees, or The Elder Scrolls Online.
      • Copyright Infringement: Names and Material: We do not allow copyright-protected names on our forums. Copyright-protected names are typically from well-known original characters in books, games, and movies. We also do not permit discussion about the illegal distribution or use of copyrighted material, such as private game servers or pirated movies, music, and games.
      • Cursing and Profanity: Purposefully circumventing our forum profanity filter or otherwise cursing or using profanity is not permitted on our forums. Our forums have a profanity filter in place for the purpose of keeping profanity off our forums — please help us keep the ESO community constructive and profanity-free by respecting that filter.
      • Demands and Threats: We encourage you to share feedback, suggestion, and requests with us, but we expect all of our community members to refrain from resorting to demands or threats. We believe that demands and threats are not constructive. Threats of real-life violence, in particular, are something we take very seriously and do not tolerate in the ESO community.
      • Deliberately Disobeying a ZeniMax Online Employee: Deliberately disobeying a request or action by a member of the ZeniMax Online Studios/ESO Team is not permitted at any time. As an example, if we close a thread you created and leave an explanation stating why it was closed, you may not re-create the thread.
      • Discussing Disciplinary Actions: If you ever have questions or concerns about a disciplinary action or decision we have made on the ESO forums, or wish to appeal a forum warning or infraction you’ve received, we ask that you please contact https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to do so (please specify that you are contacting about a forum-related inquiry or appeal). We are happy to discuss and review specific moderation-related actions with you, but we do not allow discussion of any moderation actions or decisions on our forums. If you have questions or concerns about an in-game disciplinary action, please contact https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ to ask about a suspension or ban, and any other support-related feedback. We cannot assist with in-game violations on the forums.
      • Flaming: It’s okay to disagree and debate on the official ESO forums, but we do ask that you keep all disagreements civil, constructive, and on-topic. If a discussion gets heated and turns into a debate, remember that you should stick to debating the post and/or thread topic. It is never appropriate to resort to personal comments or jabs about those participating in the thread discussion.
      • Goodbye/Quitting Threads: We understand that sometimes people will leave the ESO community, and want to post a “goodbye” or “quitting” thread. Generally, we have found that “goodbye” and “quitting” threads have a tendency to go downhill fast. It is our policy to read the feedback in “goodbye” and “quitting” threads and close them, regardless of whether they are constructive or not.
      • Hate Speech: We take the use of hate speech very seriously in the official ESO community, and have a zero tolerance policy. Our definition of hate speech is prejudice or hateful comments, slurs, or statements that promote violence or intolerance toward others because of the following:
        • Race.
        • Creed.
        • Color.
        • National Origin.
        • Gender.
        • Age.
        • Disability.
        • Sexual Orientation.
        • Lifestyle.
        • Any other personally identifying factors.
Please help us ensure that everyone feels welcome and free to participate on the official ESO community forums.
      • Impersonation: We do not tolerate impersonation of any kind in the official ESO community, and take impersonation attempts very seriously when they do occur. Impersonation includes using a display name, photos, posts, or any other material with the intent to fool people into believing you are a ZeniMax Online Studios employee, another community member, a celebrity, or anyone else you are not.
      • Inappropriate Content and Language: Certain topics and subjects are deemed inappropriate and not permitted on the official ESO forums. Things that we consider inappropriate are usually illegal, extremely volatile or violent, obscene, vulgar, or simply inappropriate for an official game forum such as ours. Inappropriate content on the ESO forums includes, but is not limited to the following:
        • Extreme violence
        • Illegal substances and activities
        • Pirated copyright-protected material
        • Pornography and other sexually explicit topics
        • Real-world religion and politics
        • Tasteless, vulgar, or obscene material
One specific term we’d like to call out, as well, is the term “gay.” It is never appropriate to use “gay” as a derogatory term.
      • Malicious Links: We do not tolerate the posting of malicious links on our forums, for any reason. This includes links to pornographic material, key-loggers, and browser hijackers, but also includes links to private game server sites, phishing scams, and sites that sell in-game currencies and power-leveling services.
We greatly appreciate when our community members wish to report a harmful or misleading ESO-related site to us, but please do not do so on the official ESO forums. If you discover a site you want to report to us, please report them at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/.
      • Names in Thread Titles: Please refrain from placing the names of ZeniMax Online Studios employees or ESO community members in your thread titles. Directing a thread at a specific individual, or otherwise using a thread to call someone out, is not considered constructive. If you need to get a hold of a specific community member, please send them a private message.
      • Naming-and-Shaming: We do not allow posts or threads that are created for the purpose of “naming-and-shaming” other community member(s). “Naming-and-shaming” is the act of creating a post to call out an individual or group by name, and making them the subject of public accusation, ridicule and/or shaming. Generally, naming-and-shaming involves an in-game situation and/or Terms of Service violation, which the ESO Community Team is unable to assist with. A certain amount of rivalry and competitive razzing is healthy for any game community, especially one with PVP elements, but naming-and-shaming goes well beyond that. It typically elevates to a point where the subject feels legitimately harassed. We believe that naming-and-shaming posts and threads can be abused and are very harmful to the community. We also don't feel that publicly calling out or accusing others by name on our forums is in spirit of the game or our community. If you genuinely believe someone has violated our Terms of Service, you should report them in-game via the support interface — do not bring the situation onto the official ESO community forums.
      • Personal Information: For the sake of your own identity protection and personal privacy, we ask that you please do not share any personal information in the official The Elder Scrolls Online community. This also goes for sharing another community member’s personal information — doing so is not only considered malicious behavior, but it is a violation of our Terms of Service and something we take very seriously.
      • Petitions and Protests: We do not allow petitions or protests on our forums. Due to the fact that both promote the use of demands and replies that consist of “/signed” or little else, we feel that neither encourage nor allow for meaningful and constructive discussion. Instead of using a petition or protest, we recommend presenting your thoughts as a request or suggestion so everyone in the community can discuss it.
      • Role-Play/Fan Fiction God Modding: We support the fan fiction and role-playing communities on the ESO forum, and ask that you please respect your fellow writers and role-players by not “god modding.” God modding is the act of forcing another community member’s character into a situation they have not agreed to. If you wish to involve another person's character in a story or role-play scenario, please respect that individual’s wishes and get their permission first. Failure to do so is considered “god modding,” and is not allowed on the ESO forums.
      • Rude and Insulting Comments/Commentary: We understand that sometimes tempers rise, but it is never acceptable to resort to rude comments and insults. This goes for rude comments and insults directed at other community members, and ZeniMax Online Studios employees alike.
      • Selling, Trading, and Sharing Game Accounts: The act of selling, trading, or sharing your ESO account is a violation of our Terms of Service. As such, we also do not allow discussion about selling, trading, or sharing game accounts on our forums.
      • Spamming: Please do not post spam on the official The Elder Scrolls Online forums. Below are a few examples of what we define as spamming:
        • Posting the same message more than once.
        • Posting messages that are nonsensical or have no real content.
        • Posting messages or images large enough to disrupt the normal flow of conversation.
        • Reposting material that has been removed by a member of the ESO Team.
Also, please refrain from posting the same topic in multiple areas of the forum, or cross-posting in an attempt to gain further views or replies. This is considered spamming, and the duplicate threads will be removed.
      • Thread Bumping: Please refrain from replying to discussion threads for the sole purpose of “bumping” them. This is considered to be a form of spam because it does not add to the discussion in a constructive or meaningful way. We understand that everyone would like to keep their discussion active and visible, but we encourage you to strive for meaningful and constructive posts instead of posts that consist of nothing more than “Bump!”
      • Trolling or Baiting: The act of trolling is defined as something that is created for the intent to provoke conflict, shock others, or to elicit a strong negative or emotional reaction. It’s okay and very normal to disagree with others, and even to debate, but provoking conflict, baiting, inciting, mocking, etc. is never acceptable in the official The Elder Scrolls Online community. If you do not have something constructive or meaningful to add to a discussion, we strongly recommend you refrain from posting in that thread, and find another discussion to participate in instead. It is also not constructive or helpful to publicly call out others and accuse them of trolling, or call them a troll—please refrain from doing so. If you genuinely believe someone is trolling, please report the post or thread to the ESO Team, and leave it at that.

Im of the personal opinion that the Guild Bank should grow substantially with the increase of members. The idea that your individual character could have more slots of inventory on your person and in your personal bank than the Guild Bank seems odd to me. I personally think the Guild Banks should increase by 500 for every 100 members.

The end result should be upwards of 3,000 slots for the Guild itself. And I would love to see it broken down into tabs so that the Guild Leadership can better manage it in general.

Can't we already do this in our Guild Banks if the Guild decides they want to use their bank for those purposes?

My guild will let players ask the officers if they want to buy something (market value) out of the guild bank. My PVP guild keeps gear on hand to give to players who are working towards good PVP gear sets for the guild's raid.

Oh, and you can simply type in Guild chat "Anyone want [item] free?" and see if someone wants it. Maybe they want to wear it, maybe they want it for an alt, maybe they want it for deconstruction, but if you hate to trash gear that you won't use, its pretty easy to ask. And if no one wants it, well, it was going to sit unused in the guild bank anyway. Let's be honest, 75%+ of what would end up in the bank is going to be **** anyway.

NO I do not want a Guild Trade Bank.
This one can't see any economic or social reasons for such a special feature.

If you want to sell - sell through guild store
if you want to share - share for free through guild bank

No one needs this trash that you can't sell, especially for 200 gp

Yes I would like a Guild Trade Bank.
Another useful ability would be to debind items to place into Guild trade bank however the cost to do this would be up to ZOS.
I would suggest 2k per item and gold goes to ZOS.

That way items some players can not find can be available to assist with their sets, and allow them to trial sets they may not find in game.

It is, except its specifically for you to dump all your junk gear so the Guildmaster won't send you a PM going "Please don't dump useless gear in the guild bank anymore, we need those slots for the auction items."

If you want to give away gear, ask in guild chat.

Yes I would like a Guild Trade Bank.
So if I put a Spinner or Necropotence lightning staff with critical or spell penetration in the bank, you can get it for 200G? Not to mention jewelry.

Each item costs 200g to get out. The trade bank is only available to guild members, totally separate from normal guild bank.
Most of the guilds I'm in use the Guild bank for items to raise funds for the trader.

This bank is to assist guild members and guild.
So if say you had the mentioned items and wanted to fill your 5 item requirement should they be available in the trade bank
you don't have to wait for a random drop and can get your set.

Then you could discard any unneeded (Edit. Part of a) SET items that could assist another guild member.

    EDIT..
Yes a full set may well be worth 100k depending on the type and game market prices and other guild members could access a full set well below the normal price. However it was a suggested price of 200g it should be allowed to be set by the GM.

Another spin off to this could also have it have guild officer or GM toggles to allow auctions/ purchases/ raffles to be run for the items without intervention by officers or GM freeing up their valuable time for other important things.

If you want to give away gear, ask in guild chat.

No only sets, so crap items that have no worth as being a 3 to 5 part set can not be placed into trade bank.
Thus items not for Auction are placed in this bank the original Guild bank remains for Auctions or whatever needs
    deemed by the GM.

Some guilds I am in I have seen requests for items in the Guild bank, this way it frees needless requests for Armour or weapon etc set that anyone can use freeing up the guild bank, offices and GM's time not worrying about requests from people that may not be around when a possible item auction is on. The valuable Guild bank slots can then be better used for more important items.

Keeping it simple to gauge the basic principal however the GM should have the ability to specify minimum item
requirements like level of equipment and quality eg Purple or gold items that can be placed into guild trade bank.

Edit. BTW all my toons are lvl 50 craft skill so I decon crap for mats, either to use or sell.
My other pet peev is a game calling using a long line of games the "Elder Scrolls" and remove the jewellery crafting ability possibly never to exist in this game
    !
So you can not make nor improve them but have to hope that you may get what you want via a random drop and most jewellery I send to friends that have been out of game for ages or usually destroy jewellery, as most is rubbish.

Yes I made a suggestion along similar lines two years ago.
Some guilds use the guild bank for all to use, some use items for raffles etc for things to raise funds for trader or whatever the guild needs.

This idea was to free up requests for items thus giving these wonderful people some time to hopefully play the game
by separating these types of items, have its own permissions for whom can access it, or what can be placed in it set by the GM or officers and not having to worry about individual requests.

Some guilds I am or have been in that allowed members to access the guild bank unfortunately had some rogue members that sole vast amounts of valuable items from the guild bank, this idea allows access only to these items to any one with the permissions to access it so valuable guild bank items can not be stolen.

All guilds I am in have brilliant officers and GM's that work hard for the benefit of all members if any do not follow guild rules are replaced.

Guild bank for PC only has 500 slots so 500+ would be welcome.

A better solution would be for the game to increase the guild banks slot items per 100 players by 500 or allow the guild to buy 500 slots for the guild bank for say half to 1 million gold up to a max of 5000 slots. (And obviously a better way to manage items.) and also allow more members with the increased capacity as well.

We DO NOT HAVE A SYSTEM that has only specific items some rouge members may steal vast amounts of valuable items having access to them all from the guild bank thus this will stop anyone doing that.

One of the guilds I'm in had it's guild bank open to all members had to stop new members as some ended up stealing vast amounts of guild items and contributed nothing back after the theft they left.

Thus this could be open to all members with the secure normal guild banks items safer from theft.

The game has long needed an overhaul to the guild bank slot amounts and as it like a lot of other things that are
passed by this at least would free valuable GM's time and guild bank slots for other things.

As a lot of suggestions to revamp the guild bank does not look like it would ever be implemented or happen either a trade bank is an easier approach.

I thank you for you comment.
Can you please let me know how many slots over 500 your guild has as you said at least 500+ please?

    Thank you.

Similar but with the advantage that all valuable guild bank items can not be stolen by a rouge member/s, the only items available are ones that belong to a set.

Hope that helps fill in the missing bit for you.

    BTW thanks for your comment.

It is, except its specifically for you to dump all your junk gear so the Guildmaster won't send you a PM going "Please don't dump useless gear in the guild bank anymore, we need those slots for the auction items."

If you want to give away gear, ask in guild chat.

    Thanks for your reply.
Could any whom don't see the point please ask their GM or officers to please have a look at this idea?

However what if someone should offer an item from a set toy want while your away from the game?
Is there something or addon I don't have that will seek out and get an item you want?

I also use tamrieltradecentre and look for items for sale I want sadly a lot don't exist still in it's data base.

Yes GM's and officers can help and have assisted even me on other matters but why unless we are really stuck inquire of their valuable time do not they do so much running the guild?

Do not our GM's and officers deserve to play the game and enjoy more time in game if they can and this idea could be one way that members can help others in our guilds, without taxing officers or GM's valuable time for requests, freeing up the Guild bank in some cases.
If the officers or GM want an item for an auction an ability to lock out certain items could be added so they could then make up sets to raffle, auction, and have a message about it displayed.

Further options and ideas about this Guild trade bank are in my mind and I'm sure even you could think of ways to either improve this idea or even the normal guild bank that so desperately cries out for overhaul.

Yes I would like a Guild Trade Bank but would like a Poll by ZOS and commitment to implement it on reaching target amount.
Another useful ability would be to debind items to place into Guild trade bank however the cost to do this would be up to ZOS.
I would suggest 2k per item and gold goes to ZOS.

That way items some players can not find can be available to assist with their sets, and allow them to trial sets they may not find in game.

This would be a better gold sink than charging the 2 newbies who pay to 'port to wayshrines because they're not aware of the ways to bypass it. Bonus: being able to un-bind items would be useful.

No only sets, so crap items that have no worth as being a 3 to 5 part set can not be placed into trade bank.
Thus items not for Auction are placed in this bank the original Guild bank remains for Auctions or whatever needs
    deemed by the GM.

So, yeah, its there for you to dump your junk gear. Having a 5-bonus set piece does not mean its valuable. Far from it, and you know it. An item can be a 3-5 piece set and still be crap.

Look, I know what goes into my guild bank and half of it I look at think "Guys, you wouldn't sell this in your guild slots, why are you dumping it here?" Honestly, anyone who picks up valuable gear is going to:
    A. Sell it on the guild store
    B. Donate it to the guild auction so guildies can buy it and profits benefit the guild
    C. Donate it to the guild raffle so it goes to a guildie.
    D. Offer it to guildies through chat (where your suggestion would actually be of use as an alternative, but again, defeated by the "mostly useless junk gear" problem)

What I and the majority of my guilds would use this for would be to dump set piece gear that it isn't worth using store slots for in the hopes of making 200g. All those Rewards of the Worthy sets? All of them are set pieces, 90% of them are completely useless. Dumped. The vast majority of overland set pieces? Completely useless, unless someone has a really niche build and even then, its super easy to find those sets for sale cheap. I mostly vendor these now, but if I can maybe get 200g for them, how many pieces of Martial Knowledge, Way of the Air, and Way or Fire do you think I pick up on an average Craglorn loop? Its plenty. I don't sell them because nobody really wants them. So they'd be useless items wasting space in a guild bank, either the actual guild bank or your new gear bank.

Yes I 100% agree with you the crag dropped sets and others are I agree mostly useless, and crap not worth the effort in finding them. I use them for deconning to get the Yokudan mats that I either use or sell. The idea thank you for pointing it out is for the harder sets or purple and gold ones that are rare that drop via trials etc. I have not as yet found a way of the Air or Martial Knowledge jewellery gold items if weapons and armour and I want to I can make them to that level however I have not as yet seen any jewellery gold items gold items for a lot of the sets available in game. Some yes you can buy in Cyrodil or be very lucky and find one in a drop.

Hmm Rewards for the worthy again I agree every time I see that I think it should be "Thanks for wasting your time have some 99.5% chance of more crap." To actually get a real reward I think I would be so full of shock I would not be able to move. it would have been better use of my time to make a coffee, roast dinner, or gone fishing. lol.

Also it would have to have a multiple purge option for junk set items that can easily be farmed or stopping junk items
    being placed into it.

Like so many things this is an idea to get peoples input also an option to select items having the trade bank also for Auctions/raffles automated so that GM and officers can do other things or have a time where items are sold given away from it. That could help members not having the full lvl 50 crafting for black wood or clothier to get decon stuff to build up their crafting lvl's.

Most guilds I'm in have specific rules about the types of armour, weapons, jewellery that can be placed in them however this idea was mainly to free the main guild bank from this sort of stuff, allowing better items in main guild bank. As ZOS seem not to improve the guild bank or allow it to be expanded in slots nor allow a guild to grow past 500 members this option could at least alleviate some of the items from the guild bank.

My main toon collects 160cp items and I used to feed to all my other toons to get them to lvl 50. I worked a way to get the ability to have all 9 traits available using multiple toons in less than 2 months then feed to my main which has had 9 traits for ages. Now I decon all the crap I collect if I decide to collect it for mats to sell or give away.

I really think it's a serious cop out that we can not craft or at least improve jewellery, it was available in the beta but removed from game, thus should you want a gold item and a member had one would you consider this then a valid idea?

Jewelry Crafting is something almost everyone wants except for ZOS, probably because it would make rebalancing sets a pain now that you can wear 2 crafted sets. Most players would like that a lot.

NO I do not want a Guild Trade Bank.
I've already put gear in our guild bank for others to use long ago, don't see a reason why we need an additional type of bank for this (apart from: "maybe some new player will pay money for my trash, let's put it in a special guild bank and tell them it's a privilege to get the gear for a small fee")

No, guild bank space is better managed by members not depositing junk.

Also each member can list 30 items in the guild store if that is enabled. In a full guild of 500, that is up to 15000 items that members may select and purchase from members.

Yes I would like a Guild Trade Bank.
So if I put a Spinner or Necropotence lightning staff with critical or spell penetration in the bank, you can get it for 200G? Not to mention jewelry.

Each item costs 200g (as example) to get out.
