Not getting a coffer or transmutation crystals for completing trials.

I have completed halls of fabrication and sanctum ophilia, both on normal with two different characters today and not received a coffer or transmutation crystals at all.
I haven't done the trials this week, and I haven't even done for HoF for a few weeks.

Well did you do them in the past 7 days?
its not reseting on mondays each week, its reseting after 7 days, and time is really accurate here.
If you completed AA on Thursday at 5 p.m. , then you can only get boxes after next Thursday 5 p.m.

No, I haven't even done either of the trials for a while.
I also litterally just dis nAS, got a coffer, then did it with another char and didn't get a coffer.
it's really Ping me off, and ZOS aren't even saying anything, i have made a thread in bug report and bumped it twice.0
