Advice on sorcerer vMA?

What abilities do you use most on your sorcerer for vMA?

My abbillities are the following:

Bar 1 destro:
crushing shock
crystal fragments
Deadric prey
Familiar
Hardened ward
Ulti: shooting star

Bar 2 destro:
Blockade of storms
Liquid lightning
Eledrain
Powersurge
Familiar
Ulti: destro ulti


Now I was thinking of removing crushing shock and crystal fragments so I can have inner light on both bars or instead of inner light I'll pick the matriarch instead. I like my setup but I'll be glad to hear your setups.

I'm only curious about abbillities because CP and gear I already have perfected

My changes:

* Remove Drain
* Remove Daedric Pray

Slot either Bound Aegis or Inner light on both bars. I personally prefer the Matriarch pet since the little scamp sometimes doesn´t want to move :P, and the extra burst-heal from Matriarch is also nice sometimes.
