10 Million Stories Bug with Furnishing Patterns

@ZOS_GinaBruno ,with the new event the bug that was present when Homestead came out is back. If a furnishing pattern is put up for sale on a Guild Store or traded directly to a player and their character level is lower than the one that looted it you will get a message stating "your level isn't high enough". I know this occurred with laundered furnishing patterns and was corrected shortly after Homestead release but it is back for the special loot containers.
Several of my level 50 characters have gotten patterns and I've bought two and my level 30 character is the one receiving this message. Is there any way we could get a timeframe for when this may be resolved so I don't have to level that character to 50 just to learn the patterns?
