Got a fake tank last night running a medium bow build, has assumed it would be a simple normal dungeon but we go ICP and the first boss was a disaster. You never know what random will throw at you...

I tonk on my stamblade wearing a bath towel because the more exposed skin I have the more protected I am on a female character. I learned that from Asian games.

I gladly put inner fire on my dps chars for faster queues for normal dungeons taking on the tank role. Frankly I can solo most of the normal dungeons. And half the time i get dps idiots using bow light attacks and magic abilities at random. Its normal. Relax.

I've only queued as not a tank once in recent months and I experienced what all the complaining is about. It worked out, but it was sub-optimal at best. Had to keep recasting or abandoning AoEs as everyone needed to kite. Kinda reminds me how I never knew how bad loot RNG is until recently because I crafted all my gear.

Kiting is an issue but it also pisses off good players who are on their DPS. They’ll often be pulling the highest DPS and that results in pulling aggro - so they become the unofficial tank and have to sacrifice a lot of DPS to tank because of a false tank. It’s normal for these randoms but some bosses still have strong mechanics. For this event, false tanks should only be false tanks if they’re confident that they’ll bring sufficient dps to outdo the others that are joining the dungeon - which they’re often not.
