Wayrest Sewers I: Varaine Pellingare is too pure to play in the muck with us (again)

On running WS1 last night, Varaine Pellingare did not jump down and engage the party in melee. We burned him using ranged attacks, and looted his corpse when we passed back across on that side.

He was probably like I'm too lazy to jump down and fight imma just stay up here until ZOS buffs me.

Smart man. We keep killing him, so of course he's going to try to kill us from range. Huh, maybe ZOS should ban Varaine for exploiting a bug!

But, yes, I've seen this happen with Wayrest Sewers I multiple times. The best time was when we had a werewolf DPS in the group. The werewolf could leap all the up to him, maul him for a bit, and then fall to the ground. Then leap all the way back up.

Yeah, I tried using teleport strike, but no dice.
