No mystery box reward for 1st random today on one of my characters

As the title says, I do daily so far on my 3 characters (still 8 to go), I got the box on two but not on the third. Only usual reward. So my question is. You need to do the daily in a different day or is it separated by hours? Becuase that would be really stupid if thats the case. I have trials in the evening some day and it would mean I have to do the dailies in different times depending on how long it lasted. Yesterday it started only at 4pm (EU time) and it was broken AF to actually group up, which slowed the process down. So now I have to wait for certain time before actually doing daily for the reward?
@ZOS_GinaBruno Please, can you specify? The post said only "1st random daily", not that it needs to be exactly every 24hours or so.

Right, there's a 20 hour cooldown after doing the regular daily dungeon. To (hopefully) make it clearer, the Mysterious Reward Box is obtained when you receive the Purple rewards, not the Blue standard rewards. If you see you received the blue rewards, you're still on cooldown.

Is there a way to know how much more time you need to wait still on each character? I really dont remember when did I do the randoms with each of them

But when did the 20 hour cool down start ? 03.00pm Thursday 30th EU time ? because we normally reset at 07.00am I did my daily at approx 08.00am which is 24 hours from when i did my usual dailies only but 17 hours from the start time, i never got my reward.
No wonder its called a mystery box.

The cool down starts from when you get your reward for completing the purple random daily, for the next 20 hours you can do random dailies but they will not be purple (no mystery box reward), once 20 hours is up it will be purple again. There is no daily reset time on random daily dungeons and neither was there a reset at 3pm when the event started to reset everyone's timer to be off cool down.

So you can't solo a 'normal' dungeon to get a reward, only vet Dungeons give rewards?

Normal works. Just make sure your 20 hour timer is ready

Normal and vet dungeons provide the reward when completed via the random group finder. So it must be done with a group and must be random.

The idea is to promote grouping and using the tool.
