ok, i jsut came back to the game and didnt feel like playing my dk or templar so i finished leveling my sorc, and now i could use some help.
Basicly i geared out for pve, to go farm some cp, dragon star arena for masters staff, and domihause shoulders jsut so i can go back to playing pvp.
Now, i only really ran a normal dungeon last night after gettign to 50 and gearing my toon jsut to get used to the rotation (since my brain was automated after the powerlevelign grind spam of aoe) and i struggled with dps and sustain magika
i have 5 julianos (light armor, all divines), 2 julianos inferno (infused , and a sharpened since i couldnt find a nirnhoned)( i know i should have ent lightning but..fir elooks so much better
2 valkin skoria (heavy, midium..even htough this toon doesn thave any undaunted passives yet...)
3 willpower (arcane) --already had these and valkin so i figured this could be enough
everything but the willpower set is yellow quality, and im using all yello enchants of max magika and spell power
cant be 100% sure but i think im sitting at aorund 1400 magika recovery 38k maxmag and 2700 sp unbuffed (with food)-
264 cp
Now my issue is:
on the normal dungeon i kept gettign out of magika AND apart form big aoe pulls wher ei could reach 30k+ dps i woudl always be around 18k+..sometime slower on single target..
i was trying to maintain the rotation of liquid lighting-blockade-curse and then switch bars to ligth atack-force pulse(atempting to learn hwo to weave those light attacks) until i had to switch back to reaply curse, liquid lighting and blockade.
I was getting out of magika fast, and my damage wasnt as good as i thought it would have to be with this quality gear on a normal dungeon.
(also i was playing with power surge, which i think im not supose too, and still had that damage.)
Finally i also wanted to ask, how hard is vet dragon star arena? is it hard to get the master inferno (drop rate wise)? do i need to run it on normal first? is it soloable at veteran and can i Q into it?

✭✭✭Need to do a heavy attack instead of Force Pulse when your magicka drops.
Also make sure someone in the group, usually healer, has a source of Minor Magickasteal. Run Elemental Drain if no one does.
Ask healer for orbs.
Drink potion on cooldown.
VDSA is okay until final boss, that one can be a bit tricky. I highly doubt you can solo it. There's no group finder for it, try zone chat.
Drop rate is okay. Four people get a weapon at the end, so that's better odds than the blasted Maelstrom Arena.0
