Did they change the requirements for the dungeon event reward?

I swore I read that you had to kill all the bosses before the event started and this morning, all the groups I was in seemed to think the same thing. Then I took a break, logged back on and now everyone says you just need to complete the final boss and the news page appears to say that too. WTH?

✭✭✭✭✭You need to get your Premium rewards for your first Daily Random Dungeon on a character (on a 20-hr cooldown). So that means you need to complete whatever bosses you need to finish that dungeon for the random daily.
So for instance, on Fungal Grotto I, you need to kill the Goblin Chief and Kragh the Dreugh King, you can skip Broodbirther and Clatterclaw and still get the rewards.
It was unclear from the first article because the article was a little unclear whether the reward came from completing a random dungeon (all the bosses) or from completing your premium random dungeon (some optional bosses). You get the rewards from completing your premium, so you don't have to do optional bosses.2 -

I tanked Fungal Grotto 1 on my level 24 tank and asked my team if they wanted me to skip the bosses. One CP 690 person says "Doesn't Matter" so I go ahead and do Broodbirther and Clatterclaw.
Except that the CP 690 healer, who never said a word, runs ahead and starts on Kragh. I'm like "You could have said something! I asked for this exact reason!"
We all got there in time because the CP 690 DPS with us was amazing, but I'm sort of wondering about the logic of not bothering to respond when your group asks if you want to skip the bosses, and then going ahead and skipping the bosses yourself. Like, just say something and I'll be right there with you.0
