Why there is no HDR support for ESO on PC ?

I play on both my PS4 PRO and my PC while using samsung KS8000 Games like Mass Effect Andromeda and Battlefront 2 have HDR support on PC and console but eso do not.. Are there ant future plans to include a HDR tuggle option in the ESO Launcher ?
