Unable to Bid trader - UI error causes game crash

Xbox one - US server
I am new to the forums though have been playing for over a year now. Not sure if this has already been addressed but it has not yet been resolved.
When choosing to bid on a trader from any character from my account I immediately get UI error. Nothing I do will clear this from my screen and no controller function will work, forcing a home screen quit game, relog.
I have gone round and round and round with Customer service with many emails exchanged to no avail.
Loading another account into my Xbox and trying this feature it works fine.
Things I have tried:
Hard reset
Clearing cache ( many times)
Having CS change my guild's Name
Yes I have permission to bid
Yes the guild has more than 50 players
Yes the guild has bank funds
Removed my profile from the box and reloaded it
Reset router and wifi
I was instructed by CS to report the issue here for further information and investigation.
The first time I went to bid, I was able to get to the part where it asks you to choose guild and amount.
When clicking the amount to choose the UI happened.
Now any trader, simply clicking on the bid on trader option will immediately cause a UI error. Before the screen to choose guild or amount is displayed.
This has been an issue since August 17 when I first attempted to use the feature.
Included is a screen shot of part of the UI from the CS exchanges
