Furnishing items that drop from nodes

So I was farming Wrothgar and picked up the Coldharbour Seedling Glowstalks. I thought those housing items only dropped in Coldharbour? Can anyone point me to a website or list that has all the furnishing items that can drop from harvesting nodes and where to get them?

Which type of node did it drop from? Flowers, clothing, mushrooms, water flowers?

In the origin drop down menu choose loot. Not sure if you can narrow it down from there but if you click on an item it tells you where it can be found.

Yep they seem to drop everywhere. I've found them in both DLC and non-DLC zones. Not sure if working as intended.

I've got them from alchemy and clothing nodes, wood drops burned sticks (as if you really any of these of the Witches Event), I've not seen anything from blacksmithing nodes.
