Clockwork city riddled with bugs.

I have been out of town since Friday I logged in today to do my CWC dailies. This is what I’ve found.
Razgurug didn’t have a daily for me. Tried reloadui, didn’t work
Did wrath of crows mission. Long load screen entering exarchs egress. Re logged and one of the bosses was bugged out. Couldn’t move and zero health but you could target and it wouldn’t die. Left through the portal and another long load screen. Went to halls of regulation to do that quest and found a fabricant blocking one of the halls. Couldn’t attack it and it didn’t try to attack me. I could only get by by dodge rolling. Went back to exarchs to try and finish that quest. Another long load screen when entering (that’s 3 for 3 on that portal). Boss was playable this time so after killing it I ported to the brass fortress directly, wasn’t taking a chance with that portal, and made it with no issues. Razgurug still doesn’t have a quest for me.
That’s how my first hour of eso went after a three day vacation.
