Bug/glitch on Resto staff

Hi there.
After the recent update, I have experimenting a terrible issue that seems not correlated with NO ADD-ONs. I have Overload to access that third bar. When I move out of that 3th bar back to my Resto staff bar, I can't heavy attack with the Resto staff. I have to switch to 1st bar (in my case, Destro bar) then back to 2nd bar (Resto) in order to make Resto staff to charge full attack.
