This could be called something else, I'm just taking the idea from Destiny.
Basically it's a system where you can take the stats from one item and put it on another that is the same armor piece or weapon type.

mikemacon✭✭✭✭✭I’m also from Destiny and initially though this would be a good idea. But the more I play ESO, the more I realize that this really wouldn’t be a good idea.
Unlike Destiny (and the unholy nightmare that D2 turned out to be) ESO embraces the grind. A Destiny-like infusion system would derail that.0
