It would not even take 10s to google it....
    Groupfinder:
The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.

    Rulz of Morrowind:
    • The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
    • Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
    • Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
    • Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
    • Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
    • Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
    • And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

Lol wut???? Imperfect is garbage. Perfect is much better, though it still requite 2 casts for a 4 second debuff is still pretty resource intensive.

The perfect is 33% more effective the the imperfect or the imperfect is 50% less effective, depending on how you want to look at it, it is a huge difference.

Think of it this way, with a charged staff, you have a 42% chance to get these status effects per cast with force pulse, almost the same as the perfect staff AND you get the extra 220% increased chance for the rest of your ablities to proc the status effects. So the imperfect staff is junk.

Oh okay now I see, but in my rotation I already do three times force pulse (even before clockwork city came out) so I don't see any disadvantages by not having the perfect one, but thank you for the specifications!

Or you can just run a charge random staff and be done with it xD

where in my post did i say not to do that? if anything that is exactly what the post i have there says.

becuase that set only impacts force pulse, if you used charged, all your chances to proc those status effects go up by 220%, so you will actually be procing the status effects more then you would think.
Standardized the chance an ability has to apply a secondary effect, such as burning, chilled, or concussed. These chances are:

    Weapon enchants 20%
    Standard ability 10%
    Area of effect abilities 5%
    Damage over time abilities 3%
Area of effect damage over time abilities 1%

all those go up by 220%, so if you have a lightning or fire enchant, that will go to 84% chance to proc the status of burn or concussed every 4 seconds anyway
