30 Days PvP Reward

Hello there,
so the 30 Days campaign finished yesterday and i played a couple chars to Reward 3 to get many Cristals but.... Where are they?
On my first Char i got ONLY the 50 cristals, on my 2nd char i got no cristals but the normal pvp stuff you always get with some gold. Sooooo whats wrong about this?
I don´t want to log to my other chars, maybe the Rewards are broken.
Is anyone getting the same?

The thing is i didn´t get cristals on at least one char. And he was on Reward 3 so i should have got them.
