Question mark instead of Transmutation Gems

So after a hard fought victory in the 30 day campaign Vivec, we've beaten the inferior factions. So I was excited to receive my campaign rewards including the juicy 50 transmutation gems. But instead of the juicy 50 transmutation gems I received a red questionmark (also cool but not as useful as the transmutation gems). When I logged to another character to grab all the mails, the questionmark was gone and there was no geode with 50 gems to be found. I tried contacting support but they said, meh can't do anything, post bug report. So here is my bug report

PS4, XBOX, PC : EU or NA?

I myself didnt get this bug on PC EU, it worked fine fo rme with the end of campain reward.

you also couldnt open the "questionmark" item in your inventory after taking it out of th email?

Had the same issue (PC NA, after Vivec ended Saturday), but taking the content of the email put the 50 gem geode in my inventory (on all 8 toons I pvp with). I think this is just an icon bug.

Playing on PC EU. Icon is no longer showing since I have relogged multiple times. There is not geode in my mail to be found. I'll try to take all the content maybe that works.
Quick edit: Thanks for telling me to get the contents. The geode was indeed in my inventory! Thanks alot!

A Question Mark just means a Missing Icon or Texture (inventory or world placed item)

The underlying item should still be good to use as normal, but if it is a Texture, would look weird wielding a big question mark for a sword. But I don't think I have ever seen that, just some activators, early on in the game, that came out that way.

I know, but what worried me was that when I was logged to another character, nothing was shown. No questionmark but also no geode. But apparently the juicy geode was hidden. When grabbed all the attachments I found geode in my inventory.
