Since the last patch, I did get not a single item of Frost Mirriam & Bervez Juice. Before, you could get these precious provisioning ingedients from hirelings or by doing provisioning writs. Without these two sources, AFAIK there are no other sources for Frost Mirriam & Bervez Juice in the game!
How are we supposed to craft the best food and drinks in the game without the necessary ingedients? HELP!
